Leah V Trotta

Leah Trotta

Managing Director

An experienced and specialist in developing approaches to governance, strategic and operational management, Leah is qualified to Masters level, (BHSc, MEdS) a Graduate of the Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a member of Institute of Community Directors Australia (AMICDA). Leah provides safe, reliable and operationally focused approaches to the complex problems of complex services.

She is known for her strategic thinking, direction and innovation, effective financial management, politically impartial and industrially sound leadership. Leah has expertise including efficient delivery of change initiatives, in-line with board intent and informed by consumer desire.


Ashleigh Griffiths

Manager, HR & Operations
Ashleigh is a passionate and experienced operational and human resources professional with demonstrated success in leadership, HR business partnering, business strategy, design and implementation of organisational reviews and framework development, project management, and coaching and leadership development.  Ashleigh partners with organisations to build management confidence and capability, resulting in successful project outcomes and streamlined processes.  Blending sound business operations knowledge with strong relationship-building skills, Ashleigh can rapidly identify and focus on issues for improvement that will make the greatest impact.

With broad professional experience Ashleigh has worked in Not for Profits, Education, Health, Telecommunications, Mining & Engineering.

Ashleigh is also Ellvee’s Operations manager and provides oversight and leadership to all internal staff in addition to managing all our internal clients to ensure client satisfaction.


Sue Davies

Project Consultant

An innovative human resources professional experienced in the delivery of comprehensive operational HR consultancy and advisory services including end-to-end recruitment, performance management, remuneration and benefit reviews, and HR policy and procedure documentation.  Sue engages with organisations to provide contemporary people solutions that are aligned to business strategy and legislatively compliant.  With strong analytical and organisation skills, Sue can streamline and harmonise “clunky” workplace processes to become conduits for achieving organisational objectives. Sue’s exceptional research skills ensure that project requirements are thoroughly investigated, and recommendations provided are evidence-based.
